About Holly

Holly Brown currently serves an Assistant Residence Hall Director at Baylor University. She worked previously a Girls Minister in Houston which is where she started speaking to girls young and old! To visit her speaking website, click here!

She was born and raised in Oklahoma and attended college in Virginia. She graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Psychology and from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary with a M.A. in Religion.

After graduation, she worked in Tulsa, Oklahoma at a manufacturing company while volunteering in her local church. She loved her church and her job, but knew that God would one day open a door for her to fulfill her call to full-time ministry.
In 2012, God answered that prayer and led her to Sagemont Church in Houston- a city she never expected to move to. Although surprised, she was thankful for the chance to serve, and that thankfulness continued as she quickly grew to love the church staff and the young women in the student ministry. Holly received yet another reason to be thankful for Sagemont because she met her now husband soon after arriving in Houston!

In 2015, God moved Holly and her husband, Aaron, to Waco where Holly now works in a residence hall at Baylor with approximately 600 young women! She loves being able to invest in the lives of students during this unique stage of life and have a part in their development.

Holly is passionate about leading young women closer to Christ. Her goal is to help “her girls” develop spiritually, emotionally, and physically, so that others will glorify God because of their lives and their "everyday boldness" for Christ!
